As a member of the Production Team, the Traffic Coordinator is responsible for working with the Production Manager, Creative and Account Teams and vendors to help manage client direct mail projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Traffic and coordinate campaign mail production process and direct mail projects working with Production Manager, Account Managers and vendors
  • Oversee and maintain production schedule
  • Provide weekly updates of campaign mail drops
  • Create and maintain mail campaign digital production files
  • Assist in the preparation of print production purchase orders and matrices
  • Check print proofs for production specifications
  • Prepare postage requests for processing
  • Perform assigned administrative support
  • Additional related projects may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with managing complex schedule with multiple deadlines
  • Experience with direct mail print production process
  • Ability to communicate accurately and clearly to both internal staff and vendor partners
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to address problems when the arise
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Knowledge of Smartsheets and Basecamp a plus

As a member of the Account Team, the Account Manager is responsible for working with assigned NextGen clients and internal teams (creative, production, digital, finance) to help plan and manage client annual fundraising plans and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manager for non-profit accounts.
  • Develop direct mail fundraising plans and budgets based on past results, testing outcomes and client financial goals.
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients.  Lead internal and client meetings to plan and execute details of each campaign.  Meet critical campaign milestones, from conception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with creative team to develop fundraising materials that support clients’ goals and annual plans.
  • Work with account and production colleagues to execute mail campaigns adhering to print & production schedules.
  • Partner with Digital Services team on digital engagement, solicitation strategies and tactics to ensure cross-media client service
  • Work with Finance Department to ensure that client budgets align with NextGen goals, invoices are accurate/timely, and any changes are communicated clearly
  • Oversee client data reporting and analysis, communicating to internal and external audience, and to set strategies for future efforts
  • Ensure client satisfaction.  Provide superior client service by being proactively and responsively attentive to clients’ requests; initiate appropriate actions and changes, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3-5 years of success in agency experience, direct response marketing, account management, planning and execution.  Fundraising experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and execute multiple tasks on deadline and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible team player who genuinely enjoys collaborating with a diverse range of people and who thrives working independently
  • Strong proficiency is MS Office Suite; understanding donor databases; Smart Sheets and Basecamp a plus
  • A demonstrated commitment to client service
  • Keen analytic skills and demonstrated resourcefulness in problem solving

We are looking for Account Coordinators to join the NextGen Team. If you are interested in applying, you should be experienced in the fundamentals of direct response marketing or fundraising. You need to love data and be comfortable working with spreadsheets. You’ll support an account team be busy juggling diverse projects and scheduled.

It’s an excellent opportunity to make a difference and gain valuable project management and client service skills.

We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of appropriate business experience. Working for an agency or a non-profit is a plus.
