Our thoughts go out to all of those affected by the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic. We hope everyone remains safe and healthy through these difficult and uncertain times.
To be cautious and to help fight against the spread of the virus, all NextGen staff will be telecommuting until further notice and can be reached via email and cell phone.
For the nonprofit community, we remain ready to support you through this crisis. We believe fundraising should continue but should be done so in the context of what is happening around us. Feel free to reach out to NextGen for more guidance.

PBS Taps NextGen for Digital Support
to On-Air Fundraising
Berwyn, PA – The Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) has selected Next Generation Fundraising, Inc. to conduct digital fundraising tests in support of on-air fundraising programs.
This work is part of a multi-agency project designed to help PBS and local stations better understand digital audiences and their affinity to various on-air fundraising programs and genres.
“For decades, on-air pledge programming has led to millions of dollars in revenue and thousands of new supporters to local stations every year,” said NextGen CEO Tim Oleary. “We’re excited to continue our partnership with PBS to help them continue this momentum in digital channels.”
NextGen’s role in the project will be to isolate the most influential variables affecting online “pledge” giving. “In this first test campaign, our aim is to learn about which digital channels are the best for generating interest and engagement from target audiences.” said NextGen VP of Digital Services Jonathan Sills. “In subsequent tests, we can then use these learnings to test programming and other factors influencing conversion like gifts, ask strings, donation page layouts and payment options.
October 15, 2019: Next Gen to Assist Philabundance with Strategic Vision for Digital Fundraising
Next Generation Fundraising has announced that it will be partnering with the Delaware Valley’s largest hunger relief organization, Philabundance, to develop a strategic vision to increase the organization’s fundraising from digital channels. See the full announcement here.
October 11, 2019: NextGen to Build Direct Mail Program for IAVA
Next Generation has been selected by Iraq Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) to help launch a direct mail program in support of the organization’s fundraising efforts. See the full announcement here.
October 1, 2019: Public Media Co-op Meeting is Just Four Weeks Away
NextGen Public Media Co-op Meeting, the premier invitation-only event for public media fundraisers, is just four weeks away. This year’s Co-op Meeting has the theme “Strategy Drives the Tactics,” and takes place at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz., on October 22-24. See the full announcement here.
