Digital Campaigns Coordinator (Philadelphia, San Francisco, New York)

Our digital services business unit is growing! If you’re a skilled digital coordinator with experience of taking digital fundraising or marketing campaigns from concept to completion – through editorial, creative, coding, testing and deployment to performance analysis – then we want to hear from you.

Reporting into the Senior Digital Fundraising Manager and working closely with NextGen’s creative services team and client account managers and coordinators, this role will be responsible for bringing high-quality execution to our clients’ digital campaigns across email, landing pages, social and digital advertising. Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator (Philadelphia, San Francisco, New York)

Next Generation Fundraising is looking for a digital media enthusiast to fill an exciting role as a Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator. The Ad Ops Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the flawless execution of NextGen client’s digital media advertising campaigns. While the main responsibilities include trafficking and optimizing their digital campaigns, the Ad Ops Coordinator will additionally play a role in client media strategy and planning, and in the day-to-day activities.


He or she will be trafficking, optimizing, and troubleshooting ad tags and pixels, creative, preparing and presenting analytics and reporting data to demonstrate campaign successes and failures to upper management, managing relationships with vendors as well as evaluating and managing vendor contracts, and strategizing and developing ways to improve upon the current processes and products.


The ideal candidate is digitally focused with a history of work (internships count!) in the online ad-tech space. He or she is smart, energetic, and eager to stay up-to-date with the latest in industry news and events. An analytical mind is just as necessary as an outgoing personality and passion for our clients’ progressive philanthropic missions. The role requires close attention to detail and reporting capabilities in addition to communication with supporting vendors, clients, and internal teams.


The Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator will work closely with the rest of the Digital team to manage all planned digital campaigns. This is an ideal role for a motivated and passionate individual looking for a fast-paced, dynamic role in a rewarding sector.



  • Ensure that all digital advertising campaigns are executed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage receipt, testing, and any required technical adjustment of creative in time for campaign launch
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns, including search, display, remarketing, and social advertising
  • Suggest and make campaign optimizations and revisions that will benefit in both performance and delivery
  • Work with account leads and clients regarding receiving and testing creative, pacing, delivery, and performance
  • Communicate campaign problems to the account leads and proactively offer viable alternatives
  • Pull 3rd party delivery reports; identify and investigate 3rd party discrepancies as necessary.
  • Identify and execute new campaigns to drive incremental traffic within a target ROI
  • Conduct data analysis to optimize campaigns and uncover growth opportunities



  • College degree
  • 1-3 years experience (internships count) in the advertising or digital marketing sector
  • Extremely proactive with strong communication, customer relations, and analytical skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Interest in new digital media and technologies with a desire to constantly learn


Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with basics of SEM and digital advertising
  • Experience with Google Adwords, Analytics, Tag Manager and Facebook Business Manager
  • Knowledge of or experience with adserving platforms like Google Display Network (GDN), Double-Click Bid Manager (DBM), Broadstreet, OpenX, AdColt, etc.


Salary: $32,000 – $45,000 experience dependent


Location: Next Generation Fundraising has offices in New York, Philadelphia and San Francisco.
